I was looking for an automatic car and Straightrange had a good selection to suit all pockets. Autotrader guide suggested the car was a good price based on similar models, so I new the car was not overpriced. I had a part exchange car which could make or break the deal, I needn't have worried, I was offered a realistic price for mine. Absolutely no pressure sales. Straight forward, and a Straight range of cars as the name implies. A test drive of my chosen car was again without pressure and the route was varied with potholes, bumps, and well made roads. The car didn't have any issues with any noises/ bangs / rattles. The documents for the car was all present and correct. An HPI check had already been completed, which is piece of mind for any buyer. A mot history revealed all was well, and a full recent service was also documented. I am happy with my choice of car and dealer. I would highly recommend Simon and the supporting team.

Straightrange (one man, but AT denied my review naming him unfortunately) was really friendly, helpful and genuine. We were able to come for the car on an evening (as well as rearrange last minute when we got cut off by flooding), pay by card, and buy the tax from his tablet which really helped facilitate our purchase. He encouraged a test drive (and came along so we didn't get lost), answered any questions and had a full history of the car, which was in good condition as described, well priced and has worked reliably so far (a few weeks). Simon was really accommodating- meeting us on a Sunday, organising the a service and even changing two of the tyres and touching up a chip on the bonnet as part of the service. And what a car! Every bit as good as I hoped - and better. I'd have no problems in recommending Straightrange to anyone contemplating buying a car. I'd buy again, put it that way. We test drove the car (an Isuzu Trooper), and agreed a price for my part exchange and did the paperwork and tax quickly. I was back on my way home without feeling pressured or rushed at any point. Since buying the car, we had a minor issue with the electric window which was rectified immediately under warranty. I could have not had a more better experience any where else. In fact I don’t want to buy another vehicle from any where else because they won’t be able to match the service Simon has provided. To start of it was very easy to contact Simon, even tho I was miles away. Simon is a really nice person who understands the smallest of details. I am very fussy, but was given extremely detailed photos of the Hilux. I wanted to know every imperfection. I ask so many questions and they were all answered. After going through some paper work which Simon made very clear and easy, it drove extremely well and everything worked. So I’m just sorry it has taken so long to do the review, but how’s 2 years with no problems on my hilux, that’s a very fine example of how good Straightrange is, if I’m being honest you won’t find a better place to buy a vehicle, but to go even further you will not find a more decent and fair person than Simon.
